Kenneth Dingledine is the Tony-Award winning and Emmy Nominated President of Harmonia. Under his leadership Harmonia has become a premiere transpacific theatrical conduit, connecting Asian audiences with the finest and most exciting work being produced in the West. He has worked with some of the most innovative theatre companies, top Broadway and West End producers, and cherished literature, movies, television and children’s brands for the Asia marketplace.

Ken is a co-producer on Broadway, and the West End, with titles such as the Tony-winning MOULIN ROUGE, the Tony-Nominated JAGGED LITTLE PILL, KING KONG THE MUSICAL, 9 TO 5, and DEAR EVAN HANSEN. He has brought musicals like JERSEY BOYS, TITANIC THE MUSICAL and ROMAN HOLIDAY to Greater China, as well as worldwide young audience brands including THE VERY HUNGARY CATERPILLAR, PADDINGTON BEAR and MADAGASCAR THE MUSICAL. In the beginning of 2020, he produced the premier professional Mandarin language production of SPRING AWAKENING in Shanghai, now currently on tour in Mainland China.

Ken is a co-founder of the premier theatrical streaming platform, Broadway on Demand and was one of the producers of the Emmy-nominated series, Broadway Master Class. His digital theatre producing is marked by the unique online production, SHERLOCK HOLMES AN ONLINE ADVENTURE produced in partnership with the National Theatre of Taiwan and in Shanghai with the Shanghai Grand as a part of Harmonia’s unique online programming series, ZERO STOP.

Ken has worked in the theatrical production and licensing world for over 20 years. Before joining Harmonia, Ken led major content supply and author representative companies including Theatrical Rights Worldwide (TRW) as Senior Vice President, responsible for heading all of TRW’s domestic and international operations. Prior to TRW, Ken was Vice President and Director of Operations for Samuel French Inc, the oldest and largest theatrical licensing brand in the world, now a part of Concord Theatricals.
